4. Intellectual Property
TCG Forecast does not claim ownership of Pokémon card images, names, or related intellectual property. All Pokémon-related content is the property of The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, and their respective licensors. Card market data is sourced from third-party providers and is displayed under their respective terms. The TCG Forecast platform, its design, codebase, and original content are the intellectual property of TCG Forecast.
5. Subscriptions & Payments
TCG Forecast offers both free and premium subscription tiers. Premium subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. TCG Forecast reserves the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.
6. Market Data & AI Analysis
Observed market data and AI-generated analyses provided by TCG Forecast are for informational and entertainment purposes only. They do not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice. Past performance and historical trends do not guarantee future results. TCG Forecast makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of market data or analysis. You acknowledge that all buying, selling, or holding decisions are made at your own risk.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TCG Forecast shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to: financial losses from trading decisions based on our analyses, data inaccuracies, service interruptions, or unauthorized access to your account. 8. Termination
TCG Forecast reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, abusive behavior, or any reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time through your account settings.
